- Returns Policy
- All Return/Exchange Requests and Return Shipments must be initiated/shipped within 30 days of order shipped date noted on the packing slip. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All unopened merchandise returns must be factory sealed and can only be issued store credit minus 15% restocking fee and shipping costs. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
All opened merchandise cannot be returned for an exchange unless it is Defective.
Sale, Promotional, and/or Clearance items are final sale unless item is defective. Store credit will be issued if replacement product is out of stock.
Please for your protection, use a traceable shipping service when returning merchandise. Adult Supply Warehouse is not responsible for lost, damaged, and/or stolen packages and its contents.
International Customers are responsible for Duty Taxes and Shipping Charges if the order is refused.

Defective Merchandise
Defective items received will be replaced with identical working items or issued store credit if the item is not in stock. There will be no exchanges for different items. Shipping costs will not be charged for the return and replacement of defective items. Sorry, no refunds.

Defective DVDs
Most DVDs can be played both on a computer with a DVD-R drive or on a standalone DVD player. However, the play of the movie is not guaranteed by the manufacturer unless specifically stated on the product page.
Before requesting for a replacement please determine if the DVD is playable with other devices. If you still believe the DVD is defective, please initiate the defective item exchange process and we will send out a replacement. Store credit will only be issued if the item is out of stock.
Incorrect Item Received
If the wrong item was shipped to you in your order, let us know by opening a support ticket under your online account [URL Place holder] and we will give you instructions on shipping the wrong item back to us and we will send you the correct item you ordered free of charge.
